yes I want to send some alerts.. how to generate alerts on DLQ's

There is a whole manual on Monitoring WebSphere MQ.

In general, all that MQ does is provide information about the system, it does not "generate alerts".

So you will have to write code that will receive or retrieve the information that you want about the DLQ, and your code will then have to generate alerts.

There is an entire manual on Monitoring WebSphere MQ.
