Is it possible to access 2 MQ Workflow groups residing on 2 UNIX servers using the same Windows MQ Workflow client.

Hi,

using the Native Java API of MQWF 3.6: yes.
You specify different configurationIDs for these system groups.
Have a look into the Programming Guide chapter 70 how to customize the Web Client properties file in order to logon to different system groups:

In the [Configuration] section of the WebClient.properties file, you can make a correlation between existing configurationIDs and system group names. If you specify a system group name on the logon panel, the Web client performs a setConfigurationID() call with the related configurationID.
