Hi everyone, i'm newbie in ICS and adapter,
I have installed WebSphere Integration Server Express Plus on 2 computers.
1. in Windows XP
2. in Windows 2003 Server Enterprise.
In System Manager on windows xp, How can i register ICS Server in windows 2003 Server.
the two system have same subnet and workgroup..

Change the ORB_HOST and ORB_PORT in the CWSharedEnv.bat file on the computer where the System Manager is to point to the server machine |

it works..
But, when i start ICS in Machine where i modify CWSharedEnv.bat, ICS couldn't started.
Message :
The WBIServer WebSphereICS service is starting....
The WBIServer WebSphereICS service could not be started.
The service did not report an error.
More help is available by typing NET HELPMSG 3534.
Press any key to continue . . .
is that possible in system manager InterChange Server Instance, i have two registered server, one in local, and another on remote host ??

I have never tried.
I would give you couple of suggestions.:
Step1: . After you register your remote server, change the CWSharedEnv.bat to point to localhost
Step2: Try to open another system manager and register the local server.
P.S. I don't know how you open two System Managers but somebody else in the forum might. |

I have two different CWSharedEnv.bat scripts. I dont have any problem opening two different system managers separately. |
