Hi,

First of all a happy new year to one and all!

Secondly.........and quickly.....to my issue...

We have worklists that are sorted based on fields contained in the GCD which are sorting and displaying correctly and as expected with the following exception....If a user checks out an item and cancels the the checkout, the item is being put back onto the worklist but is put to the end of the worklist, thus not following the sortrules for the GDC.....Why does this happen???All help appreciated

Hi,

you do not post which client you are using.
If it is the Web Client, you can enable the 'auto refresh' option.
I think that this is a client problem, no new query call is sent to the server.
