Hi,
Assuming 2 systems writing paralled to an mq queue. The first system has written msgs in order 1, 3, 5 and then the second system in the order 2, 4, 6. The MQ received the message in the order 1, 2, ..6 .
Now the first system commits. Second system is yet to commit.
Now comes a reader and reads the first message 1. Now the second system commits. Will the reader next time get 2 or 3?
Thanks. |

Does it really matter. What are you trying to achieve. Remember, MQ is asynchronous.
If the order of processing is important, you should look into Grouping.

what happens to happen is not necessarily what is guaranteed to happen or to continue to happen. |
