1. On the standard web client (that comes as part of the package) , how many Work lists process lists one can create, given one has admin access?
2.Does creation of too many lists affect performance? If I have say standard and customized web client, does creation of too many lists in standard client degrade performance of customized client when used in parallel by different users
3. Given that several users have ability to create their custom lists to track their performance, what is the best practice to manage the list? For example, ask users to create as and when needed and delete once the work is done.
4. If I have say 10 lists, every time when ADMIN signs on to Workflow, would the web client build all 10 lists or would it build just one list and builds the rest as user clicks on other lists links? |

Your sanity dictates the limit, MQWF has none

In my opinion yes, but I am not certain of how much performance would be affected.

My personal preference is to minimize the number of lists, SO assuming this is a Private list, I would say why do you need multiples, simply modify the filter of the existing list. Allowing users to create/modify Public lists could be a nightmare, and I would avoid this.

I think all the lists would be built, which is why you dont want to have too many _________________ John McDonald
