Which is a better way to create instances in workflow? The XML way of doing or the Java API way of doing it.

I wanted to know based on the performace and reliability in both the scenarios.

I look at them as equally good. Use whichever one is more convenient for the application you are developing. Creating an instance is the most intense thing MQWF does (3.9 BWUs)
