I understand that the connector controller is the ics server itself which is running as the other connector is in running state. So, why this problem? did I miss anything to configure ?

No
Connector controller is within the ICS.
Now is the connector controller inside the ICS running. Is it in GREEN color

Do the names match
The connector controller's name and the connector agents name must be same.

I repeat this,
You named the connector as JDBCoutConn. So did you follow all the necessary steps when you create an instance of the connector of your own choice?

What I meant was this.
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wbihelp/v6rxmx/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.wbia_adapters.doc/doc/jdbc/jdbc62.htm
Tell me whether you followed those steps? Yes/No

Be clear in what you are trying to do.
First do reading and try to implement.Search harder if you do not get a solution. When you reach a position where you have given up and lost hope then you can always try your luck at www.mqseries.net
If you had answered my question a few posts before you might have saved time of many people.
A person who had 82 posts under his belt and that too in ICS forum cant call himself as a newbie.

but creating new instance or creating a customer connector is the same. as the document says:

Creating multiple instances of a connector is in many ways the same as creating a custom connector.

as I explained many times during the discussion, everything is working as I have tested with test connector but not being connected with database when i changed test connector with jdbc customer connector. Also, as a newbie, I started first from reading so I read except this portion of the cocument so I was not aware of creating new instance. But my question is in both cases, we have to configure the connector, have to have BO and all object for the connector, so what will it solve which the custom connector does not ? Aslo, is not this more work?

As a new
