I am working on JDBC Connector now. When I tested wtih test connector, it worked, that mean my collab and other components are working. now when i replace test connector with jdbc, it does not work. What i did are as follows:

created the table to write data
created three tables, event, archieve, and uid
change jdbcdriverpath in start_jdbc batch file

still it does not work. Can anyone tell me what else need to be done?

thanks in advance

VT Connector start problem was with my office comp. This is with my personal computer.

The problem is when i start JDBC connector, it stops after sometime. Before, I tested with test connector, the system worked okey.

i said above what i changed, is there any other thing I need to do in order to run the jdbc connector up and running.

While running ( the start_JDBC), do we need to give any parameter ?

thanks

Your Log does not indicate the occurance of an error. You need to precisely tell us what you've categorized as an error....Does your connector not pick new event? Or does it not process a request Or If it shuts down after a period of time..?

Without the right information it is very ineffective to debug an error..

The error you posted is from Interchangesystem.log.
Ofcourse there is no error in your log as pointed out by recallsunny
We are asking you to post the error you see when you start JDBC adapter.

1.)Were you able to start the ICS.If you successfully started the ICS why did you post the InterchangeSystem.log?
2.)You named the connector as JDBCoutConn. So did you follow all the necessary steps when you create an instance of the connector of your own choice?

Before it stops what would it write ? I suppose you did not configure any log/trace file for your connector.Copy the contents from the JDBC command window(Edit--->selectall--->copy) and paste it here.
