Except remembering, is there any way to find the hostname in MQ? how can we access setup information in MQ?

Well, if you have a sender channel going to the qmgr then you should be able to find the hostname in the conname attribute of the channel.

Why do you need to know your hostname? and what do you mean by "setup information"?
