Can some one heklp me finding which files is missing in classpath or wat is this error about while running VT connector
java.lang.noclassDefFounderror
could you please help me why this error comes

javac is on path. what else it may be?

Every time I've received "no class def found" errors, it was because there was a problem with the CLASSPATH... not because of java version problems. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

First I also checked is CLASSPATH. I run javac and java and both run from any point. that means it should not be due to classpath. Any other suggestion.

CLASSPATH can be very situational.
Are you sure you double-checked the CLASSPATH of the *adapter*? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

What exactly you mean by 'adapter'? Do you mean the 'adapter' folder? |

i have installed the adapter framework 2.6 be sure it is installed, and java is on path. what else? |
