Did you try opening the Task Manager and killing all the amq and runmq processes? _________________ Yes, I am an agent of Satan but my duties are largely ceremonial. |

Did you check the "Show processes from all users" box in the Task Manager window? Or, if possible, just boot the machine, that'll solve it.
I see you still haven't learned to use the search button or the manuals, despite endless requests by grand-masters, (myself included). It really isn't that difficult, you just click it, paste "AMQ8041" and click "search"; simple enough, by any standard.
And how about a more informative topic than "error", eh? |

Check all amq* ,runmqlsr processes and verify any monitoring tools like Qpasa services running(using) on that server.
We resolved most of the time by stopping Qpasa services. If some one using Qpasa to monitor the queue manager then the process keep alive until we kill the service. _________________ Thanks,

That ENDMQM with OPTION(*IMMED) looks an AS400 command.
You can try this:
ENDMQM MQMNAME(*ALL) OPTION(*IMMED) ENDCCTJOB(*YES) TIMEOUT(15)
Look to the Iseries Quick Beginnings book.
