Hi MQBUDDI,
You should realize that this is a WBI forum, not a CORE java forum.
The members here know Java, but we are here to help you with Message Broker issues and not plain and simple Java programming....
If the error u mention is occuring in your Broker toolkit then i'm sure you would have a lot more information which would make a lot more sense than "String Out of Bound Exception"
Or, if this error is in some Java code, miles away from the Broker toolkit, then I think Google search would be the place to look.
