Hi folks,
Are there any tools that can pull messages from the file system and put them in queue and vice-versa?
I am new to MQ and my search on the internet and MQSeries.net gave me unsatisfactory results.
Thank you |

Yes, there are such tools.
What did you search for, that your results were "unsatisfactory"? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Thank you all.
Let me be more specific. Our mainframe FTP pushes files to a Solaris box on which MQ resides. I am searching for a tool that can pick the files from the path and put them on a queue. It should also be able to pick inbound messages from a queue and put them in a specific path for the mainframe to FTP pull. |

you may need to add some scripting to the tools that are available.... _________________ Regards, Butcher |

CommerceQuest's Process Manager for Data is an excellent solution for this problem space.
And it has an IBM part number, so your IBM sales representative will be happy to sell it to you. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
