Hi MQ experts,
I'm using MQSeries V5.3 +CSD4 on AIX5.3(ML2).
When I run rcdmqimg to record its media image, it returned 135 (Cannot record temporally objects).
What does this mean?
I couldn't find detailed info. on this return code in MQ manuals.
Is there anybody who is familiar with this situation?
Thanks, in advance.

Hi,
This is expected behaviour - rcdmqimg can't record temporary objects they would not really be temporary if it could
Cheers

Thank you very much, Stefan.
Can I understand that the temporary objects are not needed for rcrmqobj ?
Can I ignore the return code 135 from rcdmqimg?
Cheers,

It's not that they're not "needed", it's simply that they Cannot be recovered, even if you really really wanted them to... Not only that, but temporary dynamic queues are deleted upon QM restart.

Not quite sure about that. Make sure ALL non temporary objects are in the image. In CSD06 there was a problem with temp queues and there was an interim fix for rcdmqimg. Don't know about CSD04 though...
