Possibly: What experience do you have? Where did you work before? What OSs did you work with?...

Or maybe sillier questions - EAI Question. Look in the Job Posting and Job Seekers forums to get an idea of what the market's like.

EDIT: Oh, and use the search button for "interview", you will find many tasty morsels such as MQ Admin Interview ...

They will ask you stuff you should already know.

Most MQ interviews I've had involve some sort of whiteboard session, typically where the interviewer asks you to get up and draw some 2 or 3 tier architecture and describe the flow of a message throughout the system. So you'll have to describe concepts like syncpoint, asynchronous delivery, XA transactions, Correllation IDs, etc. Basically be able to show on the board that you know how to design an entire system - what queue managers, queues, and applications you'll need.
