In MQSI/WBI-MB, is there a equivalent command like mqver ? which gives the base version along with the fix pack installed ? ....

and how do you find the CSD level ?

is there a link between the CMVC Level and the CSD level ???

typically that information is in the file readmes\language\memo.ptf

for WMQI V2.1 and WBIMB V5.0 my system tells me the CSD / FP level in there

for WMB V6.0 the memo.ptf is 0 bytes... obviously...

funny I checked the memo.ptf of WMQ V6.0 and it mentions WebSphere MQ 5.3 CSD 01 .... anyone else seen this or is it just me?

Are you running the GA version (or a beta) Michael?

I don't have any memo.ptf anywhere in my /opt/mqm folder. Haven't checked windows yet.

GA on Windows its in your_mq_dir\PTF\language\memo.ptf

files are dated 2005/05/19 01:00 am
