I was trying to install MQ5.3 with CSD7 patch on VMS plateform, what can cause strmqm to give an "AMQ5615: Default objects cannot be created: CompCode = 0 Reason = 0" error? I searched on IBM site and this site and you are all mentioned about DCE version of the WebSphere MQ libraries have been installed on a non-DCE system. However, when I install it on VMS, I did not give a choice to check or not check of DCE, si even if I re-install, the DCE version of MQ library will still be installed. Now how can I correct this error?
Thanks

AMQ5615 Default objects cannot be created:
CompCode = &1 Reason = &2.
Explanation: During the creation of a queue manager,
using the crtmqm command, the default objects could
not be created. Possible reasons for this include another
command, issued elsewhere, quiescing or stopping the
queue manager, or insufficient storage being available.
User Response: Use the Completion and Reason codes
shown in the message to determine the cause of the
failure, then re-try the command.
