I am new and want to learn MQ Series please help me to where i can find(Overview) of the basic of Mq Series what is the initials which i need to know .

MQ Primer downloadable at http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/redp0021.html?Open is an excellent document for MQ fundamentals.
