I have two questions:

First: MQ Series and WBIMB installed in my local m/c. I have developed few flows and tested in local m/c. Now, i want to deploy those in Unix box.
how will i take this BAR file to the Unix box?
Can i access remote domain from my local PC sothat i can deploy this BAR file locally?

Please let me know the step -- would be great help from you.

Thanks
Ardhendu

You can register you Broker in your configmgr and deploy it from there. or you can transfer the BAR file to the unix box and use I think mqsideploy command.

Actually, mqsideploy is a windows only command. However the first solution above is the answer.

Please try harder to find the documentation on your own.

It's linked practically everywhere on this site, and can be found with little effort on IBM's website.

Also, you are asking about very basic configuration of a broker setup, and very basic use of the product. You're not likely to get much help here. I'd highly recommend either working with a more senior person at your site, who knows this product, or getting training.

Or at least spending more time reading the manuals and trying things on your own. BEFORE you ask how to do them.

jefflowrey, i know you are an expert but i think you have misunderstood me.
WBIMB installed with WSAD as plugin. I have developed and tested msg flow in my local set-up. now, i want to move those(BAR) to the Unix box. I am trying to connect to the UNIX config mgr(i know port number, Qmgr Name and IP).

I am thinking if i can connect to the UNIX configmgr then i can deploy this BAR(locally developed) to the Unix Config Mgr...

Let me know if i am worng...

Configmgr is not supported on UNIX.Its supported only on Windows.I am not sure whether it is supported in WBIMB 6.0 either.

From your toolkit create a domain connection for your remote ConfigMGR specifying QM and the port number.

Once it is created and connected ,deploy your bar file to the broker.

The v6 Config Manager will be supported on all the same platforms as the broker: Windows, Linux/Intel, Linux/390, Solaris, HP, AIX and z/OS.
