There is (or was for 5.3 at least) a good IBM manual called "Using .NET" (GC34-6328-02) and an excellent red book called "Websphere MQ solutions in a Microsoft .NET environment" (SG24-7012-00)

I recommend both of these books especailly the last one. It has step by step setup instructions and some good sample code.http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247012.html
