Hello, an old favourite has surfaced again!

I am installing MQv5.3 with CSD8 on a Windows XP machine. All installs fine but I can't use the GUI due to the error AMQ4100. I can create a qmgr via the command line.

I have read lots of posts on this error and have carried out everything suggested but to no avail.

I am installing with a local user that has admin rights and I checked no on the domain controllers question during the install.

I have done a dcomcnfg check and the user MUSR_MQADMIN is listed, in the services windows local system account is listed and the service is constantly in starting state.
The only option I couldn't see using this was the impersonator one - where would that be on XP?

I also ran the commands amqmsrvn -regserver and regsvr32 amqmspsn.dll

I am still getting AMQ4100 - could anyone help please
