Thanks for your help of my question.
I have downloaded the product. But I met problem while I am configuring the MQ manager.
Error code :
Completion Code =2 ;
Reason Code =2195
MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR

Yes, I received yor email too. In the future, can you provide the queue manager information that you are connecting to. i.e. OS, version of MQ, CSD, etc..
A reason code of 2195 generally means that the MQ client library is hosed / locked up. Close / exit MQ Visual Edit and the restart it and try again. This somethings clears the problem.
Although, I have noticed with MQ v5.3 CSD07 & CSD08 that a rc of 2195 indicates that the MQ listener is locked. You will need to stop the queue manager and MQ listener. Use netstat command to check and make sure all connections to the MQ listener have stopped.

You should check that all of the queue manager components have successfully stopped.

Now you can restart the queue manager and the MQ listener.

All,
This problem was resolved via emails.
First, there was an incorrect value in the channel name. Then it was discovered that the user was running MQ Visual Edit and the queue manager on the same PC. I had him switch to binding mode rather than use client mode.
Then he hit the MQ v5.3 CSD07 problem:

Once he followed those instructions then every thing worked well.
