I have created a local queue manager and remote queue manager after that i craete client connection and delete local queue manager now i can't create local queue manager through MQ explorer

I can see the status of remote queue manager as running ..How can i find the local queue manager for which i can see the remote queue manager status as running

why can't i create local queue manager using MQ explorer as when i create i got return code as 71and i can see remote queue manager as connected and cn't see local queue manager
