I've been messing about with MQ 6 for a few weeks I found this link with some useful information.

http://gwadvisor.com/doc/16515

As far as I'm aware, it's still in Beta so information might be limited for a while...

Umm...that site claims:
Quote:
Enhanced Eclipse tooling, so you can remotely administer and configure your WebSphere MQ network, including z/OS 5.3 and newer deployments
which isn't true (it must be a zOS v6 qmgr)..... and some of the other statements, while technically true, are a bit misleading imho:
Quote:
# Integrated support for publish and subscribe messaging, which is designed to simplify the configuration of flexible message distributions
# Supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security and offers an Extended Security Edition for advanced security
since this isn't new with V6

The page at:

http://www-306.ibm.com/fcgi-bin/common/ssi/ssialias?infotype=an&subtype=ca&appname=Demonstration&htmlfid=897/ENUS204-217

leaves me with the impression that ICS 4.3 is supported with WMQ 5.3. I didn't see anything specific to WMQ 6.0. I imagine that support for WMQ 6.0 is probably being tested still.
