Ran JMSAdmin with remote Linux WebSphere 5.1. Used Provider: iiop://<host name>, etc. Defined JMS objects. Then stop/started WebSphere. Then ran JMSAdmin again. All objects were disappeared.
1. Are they not persist in WebSphere?
2. Should I use WebSphere Admin Console's Resource link to create them OR I can use JMSAdmin?

No. JMSAdmin does not create objects in the persistant part of the WAS 5.x or later JNDI namespace.

Well, you can do either.
If you wish to create persistant resources, you will not be able to do so with JMSAdmin.
This is pretty clearly documented in the JMSAdmin section of the Using Java manual. Further review of that section may prove to be beneficial and an efficient use of your time. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
