I want to smash my head against a brick wall

Some of the messages were NOT persistent.

here's what i did to catch it.

made sure no apps were reading or writing to the queue

ran amqsbcg against the queue

piped it to a file

grep for the word Persistence pipe that to a file

then grep the new file pipe that to sort with -u option

I asked the programmers on the other end 1 million times if their messages were persistent.. and they swore they were.

i even manually went through 20,000 messages using contact admin to see if they were persistent.. i guess i just chose the wrong 20,000
