Hi ,


do anybody know of utilities like Q or mqsiput which can be run on as400 .

We need to run that locally since as of now we are facing a problem when being connected remotely from an ascii machine onto the ECIDIC as400 . Basically to do with ccsid .

Would be helpful if anybody knows of such utilities which can be run directly on as400 ...basically a utility like mqsiput which would read the details from a file and put the message .

The last time I remember someone asking this question, I remember finding a good answer in the iSeries documentation.
