Hi i want to know the use of creating custom nodes rather than craeting subflows in error handling

The reasons to use a custom node instead of a subflow OR the other way around are the same for error handling as for any other type of processing.

No.

I mean that the decision to use a custom node instead of a subflow is not affected by what you are using the node/subflow for.

There are things that can not be done in ESQL/with the supplied nodes. Putting ESQL/nodes in a subflow does not change what can be done with ESQL/supplied nodes. Therefore, there are some things that have to be done with a custom node, if they are to be done within broker. Some of these things, it is not a good idea to do inside broker.
