Hi,
I've recently installed MQ 5.1 on a Tru64 5.1b system. I am hitting a strange error whenever I attempt to do, well, anything. The crtmqm, strmqm, endmqm command all seem to complete (eventually) but only after taking rughly 20mins to complete.
I'm getting an error ...
AMQ6119: An internal MQSeries error has occurred ('Not owner' from pthread_setschedpara.)
for everything that is carriedout. (full error will be at the end...
I've checked permissions, suid's etc and everything looks as my other Tru64 box that works fine. Been searching for ANY references to this problem everywhere I can think of but to no avail.
Any assistance or simular past experiences would be appreciated as I'm new to MQ.
Thanks,
Andy

Check if the trace is enabled , stop the trace and delete all the .TRC files located at /var/mqm/trace on unix , on windows iam not quite sure abt the path where these were located make search on .TRC in windows.
Delete all of them and try starting the Qmgr.
Best of luck !
