When you build a bar file you create cmf (Compiled Message Flow) files that represents a combination of the msgflow and esql for the flows and subflows. Is there a way to split a cmf file back into it's original msgflow and esql pieces.

This would make going back and seeing exactly what I have deployed much easier.

I am using WBIMB v5

I don't think so.

The Passthrough node is good for flagging releases.

I can look at the bar file with winzip and view the cmf since it is in XML format. I could manually recreate the esql file easily. The difficulty would be recreating the msgflow file.

Though you cannot recreate the message flow from the cmf, what you can do is include the message source while creating the bar file. Doing so would allow you to import the flow to the toolkit and view it.
