Can I create a WAS cluster, and two cluster members on two different nodes with security enabled on all of them or should I disable security, cluster and then enable security.

It's easier to cluster them with security disabled.

But it can be done with it enabled. You just have to provide credentials to addNode, using either -user or the soap.client.props file.
