I am trying to create a domain connection in the toolkit, I have supplied the correct Queue Manager name and Port Number but I still receive the following error message
ConfigManagerProxy information was not received from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration Manager is not available or the user 'db2admin@azcrw2001v1' does not have authority to view the object. (UUID='', required attribute='name')
I log in as db2admin, but for some reason it says 'db2admin@azcrw2001v1' , what can I do?
Thanks |

First off, this is the second WBIMB specific question you have posted outside the MQSI/WMQI forum.
So please post your NEXT WBIMB specific question there, instead.
Secondly, you have an incorrect security configuration. Maybe you didn't put the db2admin user in the broker security groups. Maybe you created the configmgr to use domain security, and are trying to authenticate a non-domain user - or the other way around. Maybe you simply are using the wrong user.
Regardless, you need to go back and reread the manual where it talks about the security configuration for the broker domain. Then you need to decide what choices to make for your particular environment. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
