Hello,
We are an OS/390 V2R10, CICS/TS 1.3, MQSeries 2.1 shop.
The problem we are having is that in the bridge exit when a transaction is ending via a return immediate or a start, the brxa-nexttranid contains the tranid of the next transaction and the brxa-nexttranid-source indicates that the transaction is to be “started”. We send a message via MQ back to the client to start the next transaction. The client then sends a message back to start the next transaction. When the bridge exit is invoked with the new transaction, the brxa-startcode contains the value “TD” instead of “SD”. How can we start the new transaction with the correct startcode?

The start code comes for MQCIH-StartCode. Are you setting the desired value
in the CIH?

Bob
