I've installed workflow on Development and Test Envionments and my LANG variables are different. In Development was properly set to en_US, but in the TEST environment, it was not set. Everytime I run the fmcautil command in TEST, it complains about it. The LANG in TEST is set to S. i.e. LANG=S
I am having communication problems with PORTAL environment in test, but not in development. Although I have hardcoded the LANG variable in TEST .profile to reflect en_US, I am wondering if my installation steps in TEST cause this to happen. I followed the installation guidelines from Development.
Also, could anyone please tell explain to me the meaning of the following files?
/var/fmc/fmcrc
/var/fmc/cfgs/FMC/fmcrc
I need to know why we have 2 different fmcrc conf files, the purpose of each one of them, and when they get/got created.
Thank you very much! |

The first one is for the workflow install on the box.
The second one is for the specific configuration. |
