The first line was the easiest... This is a very difficult search in that the person must be a technical expert with Websphere and have some experience with Lotus Notes. The company prefers people with an IBM background as that fits well with their culture, yes, they are mostly X-IBMers... This person must also have worked with Portlets and has contributed to the full lifecycle development of atleast 2 web portals. The company is apparently developing a very complex, very confidential portal and is only willing to hire the best of the best. They honestly will pay whatever it takes to get the right person. Salary is not an issue, technical competence is 100% the issue.
