please explain what is the advantage when we r deploying with RAD other than BAR?

RAD is mostly used for DEV/TEST boxes.

You click the "Running Man" in the toolkit. Or Project->Run.

But does not still deploy "stuff" to the server??? Can someone elaborate more on this.

The first time when you try to deploy the flow, the toolkit will ask you to create a server and select all the files that you want to deploy everytime you do a Right Click message flow-->run on server.

After that every time you do a run on server thse selected files are automatically deployed.

The advantage is that its a lot quicker that BAR.

The disadvantage is that if you want to change the files that are deployed everytime you wi;; just have to create a new server.

For Production use BAR file.
