Working on my V5 migration project ... Just in case if anyone want's to know how to get all Message set names from the MRM DB ... here is the query ...
Code:

SELECT NAME FROM PROJECT


Run this query on MRM DB and it will return you all Message set names (including the standard Message Sets).
