I am getting the following error in WBIMB while connecting to configuration Manager & Creating broker.

BIP0889E An Exception occured while communicating with the configuration Manager on MQSI (Queue Manager)


ConfigManagerProxy information was not received from the Configuration Manager. Either the Configuration Manager is not available or the user 'mq1@hdchbsdtdl0329' does not have authority to view the object. (UUID='', required attribute='name')


Any help regarding this appreciated..
