Hi,
I have a bar file whose output queue is LQ.OUT. I want to change it to LQ.FILE_OUT for some testing purpose. How can I change this configurable property of my MQOutput Node through command prompt?
Is there any command for doing this? _________________ Vivek

What is the situation for which you are looking for a command to do that??
As far as i know, there is no command to modify the deployment descriptor, you may have to use some external editor to modify that.
You anyway have to redeploy the bar file for this modification to take effect. _________________ Pam

Hi,
I agree with Pam. The q name is configurable on the .bar file, but only prior to deployment. Change the property, and you have to redeploy.
I've solved similar situations by having some external flag that I can switch independent of the running flow. The flow will inspect this flag and act accordingly. In one scenario, where we have extensive external configuration in DB2 tables, I've added a table for this kind of flags.
