Vastare -
Vijay's method leaves your queue manager open to anyone who uses that channel. That is, if you set the MCA User to MUSR_MQADMIN, any connection made to that channel has full administrative authorities on your queue manager.

Most people don't want this.

The Security manual has some good information about how to manage MQ security.
