Hi ,
Has anybody implemeted the XA transaction with ORACLE 9I .
Mq 5.3 .
windows xp professional.
Even though the Qm starts:
I always ended up with
AMQ7604: The XA resource manager 'gac' was not available when called for
xa_open. The queue manager is continuing without this resource manager.
With the following setting :
swithfile = C:\jdbcora.dll
Oracle_XA+Acc=p/system/password+SesTm=35+LogDir=C:\ora.log+DB=gac
I later found this info which says
"Oracle 9i support: To use the JTA/JDBC support with Oracle 9i on
Windows, you should use the jdbcora9.dll switch file supplied in
fix pack 6 (CSD06). jdbcora.dll"

Even after using this new switch file .
When i start the Qm , the same error logged in error eventhough qm starts.
Has anybody successfully implemeted this . If so please share . |

Is the switch file on your OS path ?

Hi Saper ,
It is on path . I used to get dll Not found error when it was not in path and also jdbcora.dll inturn depends on jvm.dll . So that stage of errors is cleared or surpassed . Also when it was not on path .Qm was not starting itself .
But Now it starts But with error AMQ7604:
If Body has practically implemented in 9i.Kindly throw some light .
