Bank Of America has openings in NY, Chicago and Charlotte for a variety of MQ and Messaging positions. Check the Careers page for postings:

Type MQ in the keywords field and hit ENTER. There are currently jobs both in Ops/Engineering as well as development. If interested, apply through the web page.

There are a variety of positions available in different areas of the bank and each manager would have different criteria. I would suggest posting a resume and submitting it for the positions you are interested in. As for the position I am directly familiar with (Messaging Infrastructure Support in Charlotte, NC), I will contact that manager, get an answer for you and post it here later today.
