where to change the max and max active channels in Q manager propertis in mq series 5.3.

Please anybody give the suggestion.

In MQServices select the QMgr and right click select the properties then select the channel tab u will find the max channels and max active channels.

MAXCHANNELS is only used on z/OS. This is poorly documented, but true. I believe the only current mention of this is in the iSeries System Administration Guide.

MAXACTIVECHANNELS takes it's default value from MAXCHANNELS, but that's it.
