That account doesn't exist on Unix machines.
Specifying an MCA User ID on a channel definition is only part of a solution to resolving a security problem -and usually not the recommended one.
MUSR_MQADMIN is a super user for MQ on Windows. Putting THAT user as the MCA User ID on a channel definition means that every program that connects to that channel will be able to do everything.
