You could Throw an exception.

Or set an environment variable and put a filter node behind your compute to send the message to another direction.

This is what I'm trying to do..

I have check condition in the compute Node, IF false, I Ignore the message.
Now, I'm trying to capture the Ignored Message and want to build a new message stating its the Ignored(filtered) message.

Using Throw Exception: does'nt the messages roll back to catch terminal ?

Environment variables and filter Node.. Yeah I did do this...but ending up with more number of nodes..
so, wondering, If I cud use the failure terminal of compute node.

So, you have an if statement in your compute node ESQL.

This says "if this message should not be ignored, do something".

You want to do something else if the message should be ignored...

It is a false economy to limit the number of nodes you use - unless you are under very specific very measurable performance rules.

You can put your entire check condition logic in a Filter node instead of a Compute node. See the documentation on the Return statement for more information.
