Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to display the current broker library path on a Win32 platform pls? or for that matter a Unix platform?

As far as I understand the broker (win32) uses the CLASSPATH, PATH and lib environment variables. However if the mqsichangebroker command is issued with -l option - where will the changes be detectable?

Version 2.1 and v5 do indeed use PATH. You should not ever need to change the LibPaths!

The -l option on the mqsichangebroker command is used to change the LilPath. This is stored in the registry under the broker name.

Windows is similar to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/IBM/WebSphereMQIntegrator/2/<brokerName>

Unix is :

/var/mqsi/registry/<brokerName>

An exception is being thrown on broker startup when loading a lil - hence investigation into environment settings, see this post for more details:

is ther any other way (any command) to display current lilpath of broker without going into this directory?
If the directory is not accessible for some reason how to check lilpath of broker?
