Does an Activity ForceRestart() cause the Staff Resolution Algorithm to re-run?

I agree with Venella... but let me add some clarification.
I don't see how Force Restart can ever cause the Staffing algorithm to rerun, howeve, Force Finish could possibly cause it.
Here is the situation, Staffing is resolved when the activity initially goes ready, so if you need to Rerun the staffing algorithm, the trick is to get the activity to initally go ready again. The method would be to put the activity inside a block, and have the Block fail its exit condition. Thus the block would start again, and the activity would be made ready, and that would cause the Staffing algorithm to run.
