I have INITIAL_CONTEXT_FACTORY=com.ibm.websphere.naming.WsnInitialContextFactory
PROVIDER_URL=iiop://localhost:900. I created my admin objects, but whenever I stopped websphere, and restarted it, I lost my admin objects.
Anybody knows what is going on here? |

What version of WebSphere are you running? Somebody else told me of a similar problem. They were running one of the smaller versions of WebSphere (AES vs. AE?). |

I am running Websphere Application Server V4.0 AES.
Does you know if that person got an answer for the problem?
Thanks. |

I did some more asking. I couldn't get anything definitive. What I did get was that AES (advanced edition single server) is a smaller (less functional?) version of AE (advanced edition). Because of this, there were some things (your jndi references) that were not saved. I know this isn't much of an answer. Can you switch to AE? |
