Hi All,

Can someone tell me if there is a clean way to name sub process instances? setName() for a process instance works only if the instance is in "Ready" state... If the start of the sub process is modeled as manual then we can use this api... but if i have automatic start of sub processes then workflow engine provides an "TemplateName+unique id" for the name.

I need to be able to provide some hooks to customize this naming...?

To my knowledge there is no way to specify a name for a SubProcess (i.e Process Activity).
